Playing together since a chance meeting in 2003, Kevin & David have put together an acoustic mixture of oldies and new songs, with influences from easy listening, country, R&B, and rock. Roy Keith, a part-time band member, sometimes sits in, adding a Jimmy Buffet twist to the mix.
We aim for tight, smooth harmonies and an easy, acoustic sound. We play any-size venues, including restaurants/pubs, wedding receptions, birthday and other parties, fundraisers, and outdoor venues, including the South Carolina State Fair.
We enjoy having fun with our listeners, often inviting them to come up and sing with us… and many have received the eye patches we award to ‘honorary Pirates’ (argh!) at various venues. We play an occasional original, but mostly we like watching the looks of recognition and seeing & hearing people singing along to familiar favorites
